Health Counseling is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. As a Health Counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a healthy plan that is flexible, nutritious and delicious.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Getting Started

When was the last time you talked with someone about your health and received the personal attention you desired?  It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and health goals with a trained professional. As a health counselor, I am here to create a supportive environment while we explore what really works for you.

Next Steps

We'll meet together in my office in the South End or speak over on the phone or over Skype for a one time ninety minute consultation ($289) where we'll discuss your unique situation in depth and determine togther how to move forward to reach your personal health and stress reduction goals. 

I will follow-up with an extensive email which outlines a plan for how you can begin improving your health.  This will include recommendations and resources for specific foods, supplements and wellness practices to help you achieve your goals.

If you are interested in support along the way, I will also include a proposal for how we might continue working together.  Whether you decide to continue for more sessions or not, you'll have valuable information and resources to get you started on a healthier path.
